Responsibility
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various roles across multiple industries, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the UK, Ireland, and USA to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top talent, providing recommendations to hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline hiring workflows and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor markets, and best practices in offshore recruitment to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, client feedback, and recruitment metrics using CRM tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably in an offshore or international setting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobAdder).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a high degree of self-motivation and time management.
- Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations in the UK, Ireland, or USA is a plus.
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory; additional languages are a bonus.
