Responsibility
- Manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management in collaboration with finance and external vendors.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and employee development initiatives.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement activities, training programs, and team-building events.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, contracts, and compliance documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution, promoting a fair and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with management to identify HR needs, develop strategies, and support organizational growth and change initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role, with a strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local platforms).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is a plus.
