Responsibility
- Design, implement, and monitor employee benefits programs, including health insurance, meal allowances, and transport reimbursements.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Administer medical reimbursements, dental, and eyeglasses care claims efficiently and accurately.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Conduct employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create tailored development plans.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to track program effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on benefits administration, training, or employee development.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
