Responsibility
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Culture & Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and a strong company culture.
- HR Strategy & Compliance: Design and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and global best practices.
- Performance Management: Establish performance metrics, conduct reviews, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
- Leadership Collaboration: Partner with the CEO and leadership team to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and create programs to upskill employees, fostering career growth.
- Conflict Resolution: Mediate workplace issues and promote a harmonious, productive work environment.
- HR Analytics: Use data-driven insights to optimize HR processes and inform decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 5+ years in HR management, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS or tech company.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and execute HR strategies that support business scalability.
- Leadership Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
- Cultural Awareness: Experience working in multicultural environments, with sensitivity to diverse perspectives.
- Problem-Solving: Adept at resolving complex HR challenges with creative, fair solutions.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and other digital tools to streamline HR operations.
- Bachelor’s Degree: In HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
