Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for roles across Malaysia and SEA.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, salary benchmarks, and recruitment timelines.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics.
- Build and nurture a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, particularly in technical and security-related roles.
- Represent Convergint at career fairs, university campuses, and industry events to enhance employer branding.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a regional or multinational company.
- Proven track record of successfully filling mid-to-senior level positions in technical or specialized industries.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations in Malaysia and SEA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin) are a plus.
