Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate general services, including office facilities, maintenance, and vendor contracts to ensure operational readiness.
- Oversee asset inventory, tracking, and procurement in compliance with company policies and budgetary guidelines.
- Handle permit and license applications for business operations, ensuring timely renewals and adherence to local regulations.
- Develop and maintain industrial relations with employees, unions, and external stakeholders to foster a harmonious work environment.
- Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for general affairs, documenting processes for consistency and audit purposes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Legal, Finance) to align general affairs activities with organizational goals.
- Prepare reports on asset utilization, service costs, and compliance status for management review.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve administrative issues promptly to support workforce productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in general affairs, administrative management, or industrial relations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, permit regulations, and asset management principles.
- Proven ability to negotiate with vendors, government agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems for data management.
- Familiarity with SOP development and compliance auditing.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to regional depots or offices in Bali.
