Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement talent assessment frameworks and tools to evaluate employee performance and potential.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and department heads to identify talent gaps and create targeted development programs.
- Manage end-to-end talent management processes, including succession planning, career pathing, and leadership development.
- Conduct regular talent reviews and provide data-driven insights to support strategic workforce planning.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations in all talent management activities.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development through engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent management, assessment, or organizational development.
- Strong understanding of talent assessment tools, psychometric testing, and performance management systems.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing talent development programs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with HRIS and talent management software is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
