Responsibility
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for back-office roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage and maintain the employee masterfile, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates in a competitive market.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, salary benchmarks, and selection criteria.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, retention rates) and provide actionable insights to improve processes.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications to ensure candidate suitability.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, career events, and employer branding initiatives to enhance our talent pipeline.
- Stay updated on labor laws, industry trends, and best practices in HR and recruitment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for back-office positions (e.g., finance, administration, IT support).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and HR databases.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate reports for decision-making.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
