Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Burger Kingâs business goals to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, company policies, and industry standards in all HR practices.
- Design and execute training and development programs to upskill employees and support career growth.
- Lead performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and goal-setting initiatives.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable rewards for all staff.
- Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the F&B, retail, or hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and talent development.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a problem-solving mindset.
