As an HR and Admin Assistant, you will work closely with the HRAD Officer to manage day-to-day HR tasks, employee records, and administrative duties. Your role will be essential in maintaining compliance, fostering employee engagement, and supporting the overall efficiency of our operations. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of ₱22,000 – ₱23,000 per month, offering a rewarding career path in a collaborative and innovative workplace.
Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Support payroll processing by verifying attendance, leaves, and other HR-related data.
- Manage administrative tasks such as office supplies, correspondence, and meeting schedules.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR-related activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the HRAD Officer and other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Indonesia.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
