Responsibility
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and databases.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR documentation, including contracts and policies.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, leave, and company policies.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and surveys.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
