Responsibility
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and clients.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting techniques to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their talent needs.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate fit for roles and company culture.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to provide data-driven recruitment strategies.
- Negotiation & Offer Management: Facilitate salary negotiations, extend job offers, and ensure smooth transitions for placed candidates.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction to optimize processes.
- Employer Branding: Promote MCi Career Services and client brands to attract top talent through compelling job descriptions and outreach campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 2+ years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably in a consultancy or corporate setting.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment best practices, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and candidate sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English proficiency with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills to secure placements and meet targets.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to assess candidate fit and address recruitment challenges creatively.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms for talent engagement.
