Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate timekeeping records, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HR operations processes, including data entry, reporting, and audits.
- Support the HR team in maintaining employee records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data privacy standards.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather and verify HR-related data for reporting and analysis.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, including training programs, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
- Monitor and update HR databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for authorized personnel.
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in HR operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations, timekeeping, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with Bali's labor market and employment regulations is a plus.
