Responsibility
- Coordinate with government agencies, local authorities, and internal departments to ensure compliance with labor laws and onboarding regulations.
- Manage administrative tasks related to new hire documentation, contracts, and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in audit and compliance activities, ensuring all onboarding processes adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
- Facilitate smooth communication between HR, hiring managers, and new employees to streamline the onboarding experience.
- Maintain and update HR databases and tracking systems to ensure real-time accuracy of employee information.
- Prepare and distribute onboarding materials, welcome kits, and orientation schedules for new hires.
- Support recruitment events, job fairs, and interviews as needed to attract top talent.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency in talent acquisition and onboarding workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, or administrative procedures is advantageous but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software or databases.
