Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates through job postings, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, contracts, and new hire documentation.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and report generation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
