Responsibility
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead recruitment processes, from sourcing to hiring, ensuring alignment with company values and role requirements. Streamline onboarding to enhance new hire integration.
- Employee Relations: Mediate conflicts, address grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture through transparent communication and fair policies.
- HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to Indonesian labor laws, company policies, and industry standards, including payroll, contracts, and workplace safety.
- Performance Management: Design and implement performance appraisal systems, career development plans, and training programs to drive employee growth.
- General Affairs Oversight: Manage office logistics, vendor contracts, and facility operations to support a productive work environment.
- Policy Development: Create and update HR policies, handbooks, and SOPs to reflect best practices and organizational needs.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate HR records, generate insights through analytics, and present reports to senior management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives and address workforce needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a multicultural or international setting.
- Legal Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS, and tax regulations.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities. Strong emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., BambooHR, SAP), Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools. Familiarity with ATS is advantageous.
- Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal); Indonesian (Bahasa) fluency is mandatory.
- Leadership: Proven ability to mentor teams, manage stakeholders, and drive HR initiatives autonomously.
- Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced environments with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
