- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure high-quality hires.

- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to enhance hiring strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR and recruitment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR and recruitment, with a focus on end-to-end hiring processes.
- Familiarity with AI-driven recruitment tools and HR systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective candidate engagement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements in the Philippines.
- Certification in HR or recruitment is a plus.
