Responsibility
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the HR Business Partnering team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of digital HR tools and platforms to streamline HR processes (e.g., HRIS, recruitment software, or employee portals).
- Support data management and reporting by compiling HR metrics, generating reports, and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to organize training sessions, workshops, or employee engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to digital transformation projects, such as automating HR workflows or improving employee self-service portals.
- Assist in the preparation of HR presentations, newsletters, or internal communications to enhance employee awareness.
- Participate in HR-related research and benchmarking to identify best practices and innovative solutions for HR challenges.
- Provide general support for HR events, such as recruitment drives, onboarding sessions, or team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital HR, HR technology, or process automation, with basic knowledge of HRIS or digital tools (e.g., Workday, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to draft professional emails, reports, and presentations.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity in HR processes.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Bali’s work culture or experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
