Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for US-based roles.
- Ensure compliance with US labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Administer employee benefits, payroll processing, and leave management.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and workforce planning strategies.
- Conduct HR training sessions and workshops to support employee development and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on US labor laws and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software; experience with remote workforce management is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred but not required.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is advantageous.
