Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to enhance employee experience and compliance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to managers and employees on career development.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate training and development programs to upskill employees and align with company objectives.
- Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Assist in workforce planning and organizational restructuring as needed.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced or multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and recruitment tools (e.g., BambooHR, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
