Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, including job postings, interviews, and orientation.
- Provide support and guidance to on-site crews, addressing any HR-related issues and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Coordinate and conduct training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, in a fair and consistent manner.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
- Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
