Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US healthcare roles, from job posting to onboarding.
- Source and screen candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with US healthcare recruitment is a plus.
