Join GIC Private Limited as an Associate/AVP, Payroll & Benefits Specialist on a contract basis and play a pivotal role in managing payroll and benefits administration for our dynamic team. As a key member of the People Operations & Administration (POA) team, you will oversee end-to-end payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee data management. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibility
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with local tax and labor laws.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and payroll systems with precision.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports, tax filings, and other required documentation.
- Assist in the implementation of new payroll and benefits policies or system upgrades.
- Provide support to employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., SAP, Workday, or similar systems).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees and stakeholders.
- Certification in HR or payroll (e.g., CPHR, CPP) is a plus.
