Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic HR policies aligned with company goals and local labor regulations.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention initiatives to build a high-performing workforce.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems.
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a multinational or large-scale organization.
- Proven expertise in strategic HR planning, recruitment, and employee development.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
