Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for healthcare roles.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indonesian labor laws and hospital standards.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management to foster a productive work environment.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and career development plans.
- Manage compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and equitable packages.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with organizational goals and operational needs.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR best practices, workforce planning, and talent retention strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior HR role, preferably in healthcare or a similar industry.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
