Responsibility
- Collaborate with internal HR teams and external clients to design and implement effective assessment and consultation frameworks.
- Provide expert guidance on talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational restructuring.
- Conduct in-depth workforce analyses to identify skill gaps and recommend strategic solutions.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for clients on HR best practices and compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to advise clients on HR policy updates.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on consultation outcomes and recommendations.
- Support recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR consulting, recruitment, or talent management.
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and delivering HR solutions.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) or related fields is a plus.
- Experience with HR software (e.g., SAP, Workday, or local HRIS) is advantageous.
