Responsibility
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
- Handle payroll administration and benefits coordination in collaboration with the finance team.
- Oversee office administration, including facility management, vendor relations, and procurement.
- Serve as a liaison for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, facilitating clear communication between teams and external partners.
- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Support compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, administration, or a similar role (preferred but not required).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
