Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for experienced hires, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruitment workflows and improve hiring outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on experienced hires.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for senior-level roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
