Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Manage general affairs functions, including office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance workforce productivity and satisfaction.
- Conduct performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Coordinate training and development programs to upskill employees and align talent with business needs.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports, metrics, and budgets to support data-driven decision-making.
- Liaise with government agencies, unions, and external partners for permits, certifications, and audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS, and tax regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
- Proficient in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or multinational companies is a plus.
