Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end talent pipeline strategies to meet current and future hiring needs across all departments.
- Leverage data analytics to identify hiring trends, forecast talent gaps, and optimize recruitment processes.
- Build and maintain a diverse, high-quality candidate pool through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and interview criteria that attract top talent.
- Streamline the candidate experience from application to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive journey.
- Implement ATS (Applicant Tracking System) best practices to track, manage, and report on recruitment metrics.
- Partner with marketing and HR teams to enhance employer branding and promote Tavor Perry as a destination employer.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in recruitment, compensation, and talent engagement to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR management, preferably in a high-growth environment.
- Strong proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever) and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
- Experience in employer branding and social media recruitment strategies.
- Familiarity with SEO and job posting optimization to maximize visibility and applicant quality.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while aligning with global team goals.
