Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Leverage job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and report on hiring metrics.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or HR roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
