Responsibility
- Manage and process work passes, visas, and permits for local and expatriate employees in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, employee files, and documentation using digital and physical systems.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract preparation, orientation, and exit interviews.
- Assist in developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Handle payroll administration and liaise with finance teams to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing HR guidance and conflict resolution as needed.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to track workforce metrics and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality, catering, or service industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, work pass regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
