Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for multinational roles.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on talent retention, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to senior leadership, providing insights and solutions on workforce planning and talent management.
- Design and execute employer branding initiatives to attract high-caliber candidates in competitive markets.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to standardize recruitment practices and ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to drive data-informed decisions on hiring, compensation, and employee development.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by implementing employee wellness programs, diversity initiatives, and career growth opportunities.
- Manage HR projects, including policy updates, performance management systems, and leadership development programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR business partnership, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, including executive search and high-volume hiring.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia and APAC regions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, and data analytics tools to drive recruitment and HR efficiency.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are advantageous.
