Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Oversee HR documentation, including employment contracts, employee records, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and training programs to ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements in workforce management.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and develop strategic hiring plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
