Responsibility
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, for regional roles in tech and gaming.
- Optimize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline hiring workflows.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with regional labor laws and company objectives.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including training, performance reviews, and wellness programs.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to address HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve recruitment and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with HR regulations and company policies.
- Support regional HR projects and initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or Recruiter, preferably in the tech or gaming industry.
- Strong knowledge of ATS systems and HR software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, Greenhouse).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with regional labor laws and HR best practices in ASEAN.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
