As the L&D Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training programs that align with our business goals. Your expertise will drive employee performance, enhance operational excellence, and foster a culture of continuous learning across our teams. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in L&Dâparticularly within F&B, hospitality, restaurant chains, or retailâyou will lead initiatives that empower our workforce to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic learning and development programs tailored to the F&B, hospitality, or retail sectors.
- Identify training needs through gap analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to create targeted solutions.
- Design and deliver engaging training materials, including workshops, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using KPIs and feedback mechanisms.
- Lead talent development initiatives, including leadership training and career pathing for high-potential employees.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all training activities.
- Partner with HR and operational teams to align L&D strategies with business objectives and cultural values.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in F&B and hospitality training to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on F&B, hospitality, restaurant chains, or retail.
- Proven track record in designing and executing training programs for large, diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and digital training tools.
- Ability to analyze training data and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Demonstrated leadership in change management and cultural transformation initiatives.
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
