Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles across Sodexoâs operations in Bali.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communications, and offer management.
- Collaborate with HR and departmental teams to identify hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Assist in organizing employer branding initiatives, such as career fairs, campus recruitment, and social media campaigns.
- Provide administrative support for onboarding activities, including documentation, orientation scheduling, and new hire integration.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to track hiring effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR processes, with a desire to build a career in this field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS or ATS platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia or others) are an advantage.
- Prior internship or work experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles is desirable but not required.
