Responsibility
- Lead the design and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and systems for the new semiconductor entity in Bali, ensuring alignment with global standards and local regulations.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in the semiconductor industry, leveraging both local and international networks.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives, fostering a culture of innovation, diversity, and inclusion.
- Manage employee development programs, including training, career pathing, and succession planning, to build a high-performing workforce.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and industry-specific regulations, mitigating risks and maintaining a positive employer brand.
- Act as a liaison between local teams and international stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration (Mandarin proficiency required).
- Monitor HR metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and optimize HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the semiconductor, technology, or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing HR strategies in a greenfield or expansion project.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, with experience in compliance and risk management.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
- Experience with HRIS and digital HR tools to streamline processes and enhance employee experience.
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability, with experience working in multicultural environments.
