Responsibility
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and workplace investigations.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning strategies.
- Maintain HR databases, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the import-export or trading industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
