Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet business needs.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS management to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Design and execute performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and career development programs.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to upskill employees and align capabilities with organizational goals.
- Optimize administrative operations, including office management, vendor relations, and facility coordination.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, including executive hiring and employer branding.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and payroll software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or local equivalents).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills in English (additional Bahasa Indonesia fluency is advantageous).
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement scalable HR solutions.
