Responsibility
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of retail store teams, focusing on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Collaborate with store managers and HR teams to assess training needs and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules, to ensure they are current and aligned with company standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to retail staff to reinforce learning and support their professional growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in retail training to continuously enhance program quality.
- Coordinate with external vendors or partners, if necessary, to deliver specialized training sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using training tools and platforms, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft Office, and e-learning software.
- Ability to travel to various store locations across Bali as needed.
