Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll in compliance with local labor laws.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a legal, financial, or professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
