Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from talent sourcing to onboarding, to attract and retain top-tier professionals.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Lead compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable packages that drive employee satisfaction.
- Design and execute training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation while ensuring data privacy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational culture, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management, with a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process improvement and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HR analytics tools is advantageous.
- High ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to work onsite in Bali, with a proactive and adaptable approach to dynamic business needs.
