Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with local labor laws and align with company values.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and foster career growth.
- Maintain HR records and documentation, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and develop strategies to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, with a strong background in recruitment and employee relations.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
