Responsibility
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract top talent.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to ensure alignment with company values and job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve hiring processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in an agency setting, with a strong desire to transition to an in-house role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and interview techniques.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate and company information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
