Responsibility
- Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the recruitment of top-tier candidates.
- Manage employee performance reviews, career development, and training programs.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions with fairness and professionalism.
- Coordinate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and benefits administration.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.
