Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, and employee integration.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance in alignment with local labor laws and company standards.
- Oversee payroll administration, benefits, and employee records to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage general affairs, including office facilities, vendor contracts, and administrative logistics.
- Conduct performance evaluations and employee development programs to enhance productivity and retention.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate workplace safety and health initiatives to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with high attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
