Responsibility
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage timekeeping and attendance systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain and update HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Prepare and process HR-related documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with local labor laws.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs for new and existing employees.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations in Indonesia (or willingness to learn).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with HRIS or timekeeping software.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
