Responsibility
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates aligned with company values and goals.
- Design and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support employee development.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify HR needs and recommend solutions to improve workforce productivity.
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities and recognition programs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in all HR-related processes.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent development, recruitment, or employee relations.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Proven ability to design and deliver training programs that drive employee performance.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
