Responsibility

  • Lead and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance across multiple locations in Bali.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviews, selection, and onboarding, with a focus on attracting top talent in the wellness industry.
  • Design and execute training and development programs to foster employee growth, leadership skills, and career progression.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate a positive workplace culture by organizing team-building activities, wellness initiatives, and employee recognition programs.
  • Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions with professionalism, fairness, and confidentiality.
  • Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to provide insights on workforce trends, turnover rates, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives and ensure organizational scalability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, with experience managing HR operations in Bali or similar locations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels.
  • Experience in the wellness, hospitality, or service industry is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
